On the afternoon of May 15, ABAChem’s Zhangjiang Innovation Center welcomed an in-depth visit from faculty and students of Fudan University’s School of Economics and its Value Investing Program. The delegation included Chen Zhao, Associate Dean of Fudan’s School of Economics and Changjiang Distinguished Professor; Zhan Lu, Associate Dean; Chen Yan, Director of the Education Development Center; as well as Qi Kezhan, Chairman, President, and Chief Investment Officer of Wanghua Capital. ABAChem’s Chairman and CEO Cai Tong, Director and CFO Wang Aijun, Vice President and Board Secretary Wang Yichuan, along with the company’s core management team, warmly received the guests. The two sides engaged in in-depth and pragmatic discussions on topics including industry competition dynamics, corporate core strategy and business layout, and value investing principles in capital markets.

On April 18, 2026, Hu Changsheng, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, conducted an inspection tour of Lanzhou New Area. He visited the frontline of enterprises including Lanzhou ABA Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. to inspect and guide work on safety production, technological innovation, and other areas, issuing important directives and high expectations for the company's development. ABAChem Lanzhou Division Holds DuPont DSS Special Review Meeting

On April 16, 2026, ABAChem Lanzhou Division successfully held its DuPont DSS special review meeting. Mr. Liu Wanshan, a senior expert from DuPont DSS, was invited to attend. The meeting conducted an in-depth review of core modules including incident and accident management, abnormal condition discussions, Job Cycle Check (JCC) work, alarm and interlock control, safety culture development, and risk analysis for new projects. It was clearly established that the approval authorization for all action designs must implement accountability and assessment mechanisms, using rigid constraints to reinforce safety responsibilities across the entire chain.

On the evening of April 13, 2026, ABAChem’s 2026 R&D Innovation Center team building and networking event kicked off with warmth at the Zhangjiang Innovation Center. To optimize the R&D layout and enhance collaboration efficiency, the R&D team of GyroChem officially relocated from Songjiang to Zhangjiang, now co-locating with ABAChem’s R&D team to drive innovation together. Company leaders, along with colleagues from ABAChem Innovation Center and Gyro Chem, gathered joyfully.
