On September 23, 2025, ABAChem Lanzhou Division successfully organized a sharing and exchange session on "HR Management for Non-HR Managers." Guided by Mr. Huang Liang, Administrative and HR Director of ABAChem, and presented by Ms. Lian Xiaobei, Deputy HR Manager from Shanghai, the session revolved around four key themes: Talent Selection, Utilization, Development, and Retention. Through corporate case studies and interactive discussions, mid-level managers and reserve cadres explored how departmental line managers and the HR department can collaboratively manage human capital as valuable corporate resources, working together to identify best practices in talent management.
